Delivery & Returns


We can deliver to anywhere in Australia.
All orders are sent via regular post via Australia Post unless otherwise requested prior to purchase. We can also offer Express Post and Registered Post, again please contact us first for pricing.

Our stickers and decals are generally dispatched within 48hrs. Custom made items may take longer depending on the request and we will advise accordingly.

Please note that Decallage does not take responsibility for items that have been lost or damaged in transit.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you have received a faulty item, you may return the unused items within 14 days of the invoice date for a full refund less delivery charges.

We do our best to ensure your items are checked and packaged properly with care. However please contact us should you receive a faulty item so that we can arrange for a refund or exchange.

All items for return or exchange must be unused and returned in the original packaging.

Custom made items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the product has been deemed faulty.

In all cases, please contact us within 14 days to discuss your refund or exchange options.
